Andy is incredible and all you could ask for in a realtor. I contacted him originally to see a house, he got us in and gave us a tour of the house. He then gave us a pep-talk and very openly gave us details as first time home buyers that none of the other agents had done before. He was open and honest and was really easy to speak with. Any questions we had, he gave us an answer and them some. He really made sure that our questions were not only answered, but any follow up or additional ideas we had were responded. He really gave us the straight-honest truth in terms of market conditions of the area we were considering and the inside scoop from his experience in the area. He truly was fighting for us and was "on our side." He made sure we understood every step of the process and frequently checked in on us to make sure we were still comfortable and didn't have any further questions. You really can't ask for a better realtor, especially as a first-time homebuyer! If you pick Andy, you won't regret it!!
