Use Kathryn Knotts if you want a trustworthy realtor with integrity, knowledge, and willingness to do whatever it takes to fight for you. I recently used Kathryn Knotts when I was looking to buy a house in upstate at Fountain Inn. We had to terminate the deal due to issues we were having on the seller's end of things. Kathryn fought for me and always had my best interests in mind. She has more integrity than anyone I know. I trusted her with all of my financial information. She made sure that i was not going to be taken advantage of and that I had the best deal. She fought for me even while she was off work on vacation states away. I always had her support and she never let me down. She was always there. Rarely is any realtor ever going to do that. I had to continue my home search in the midlands of sc in areas not safe for people who were not born and raised there. The midlands has way more drugs and gangs than upstate. My boss told me that it would be selfish of me to use a realtor with a family at home and no knowledge of Richland County to continue my search. I was mad when he told me i had stop using her as my realtor but safety first. She needs to be here for the upstate. If I am ever looking to buy in a place like Fountain Inn again I will use Kathryn. I wish ever realtor was like her. I am so glad that I had her as my realtor in upstate SC. She will help you at all times of day and will be there for you when the deal goes right or wrong. Prime Realty is so lucky to have a realtor like her on their team she is the best one. Due to my job I am not posting under my real name.

Amy was the best, I had another realtor that I was planning on dealing with. She wouldnt put any effort into us until our other house was under contract. Every time I would call her it would take a day or more for her to get back to me. I asked my selling realtor to help me find a realtor in a different state to get me another house since the other me didnt seem very hungry for work. She took me to look at houses the same day without a pre approval or seeing the contract on our other house. It was a cash deal with a 2 week closing date so we were about to be with out a house. So we needed to find one and get it under contract quickly. We got one with in 2 or 3 days in the school zone that we wanted and our specs were met and then some. I would recommend Amy to anyone that has any real estate transactions about to happen.
