Prisma Health Outpatient Radiology–Patewood

Trying to have an X-ray performed on my mothers diabetic wound on her heel per her doctors request this afternoon. We checked in at 4:20 or so right after we left the Vascular Health office next door. At 4:35 Jessica (that checks patients in) came out and advised us there were no orders in the system. I immediately got on the phone with Vascular health. While I was dialing the number Jessica very rudely advised us the x ray tech left in 6 minutes. I was on hold with the dr office and Jessica walked back over to us. I told her the doctor was signing the order literally right now. Jessica said the tech said she was leaving right now. This was at 4:45. We had checked the hours and online says they are open until 5:00 before we ever went inside. When Jessica told us the tech was leaving right now, I looked at my mother and told her to come on we were leaving. My mother asked me what was going on. I told her this place was completely unorganized and we were leaving. After I said this to my mother Jessica started running her mouth at us from her office. I was not really listening but there was another person sitting in the waiting room and she said to the lady sitting with her that she had trouble with that same Jessica girl one time herself. As we were walking out I walked back over to Jessica to ask her what her name was she very rude ly said Jessica and then in a very snarky rude tone told me to have a great evening. I do not understand what makes it ok for people in a customer service roll to talk to people like she did us. I dont understand why the x ray tech was leaving at 4:45 when the posted hours are until 5:00. The other lady in the waiting room who got there well after we did was scheduled for an MRI SO we felt sure she was not using the same tech that was leaving at 4:45. If posted hours are until 5:00, us being there at 4:20 per our doctor, why were we told at 4:45 the tech was leaving now? This customer service was completely UNACCEPTABLE. The way PRISMAs employee acted and talked to us was completely UNACCEPTABLE! Im over rotten customer service! I will also be filing a complaint with Prisma tomorrow.

I have been trying to make an appointment but having a difficult time, spent whole afternoon and all I heard was someone will be with me asap. Got tiered and hung up then tried again same messsge. Maybe there is some problem with their phone system.

Amazing staff! Very friendly! I love how they take the kiddos in the cars for surgery! very informative just love love love this place thank y'all so much!!!

Literally the worst, most traumatic experience I've ever had in a medical facility. So thanks for scarring me for life while not fixing or caring about my stomach problems.
