      image If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I am stuck in a rental property with no A/C, heat, working stove, mold, and 15+ other issues to which no one cares about. They just mark your requests completed without actually fixing anything. They charge an astronomical amount to move in with hidden lease agreement fees etc but wont keep their homes in habitable conditions. Do NOT rent from them. The budget motel would be a better option. Speaking with the Vice Presidents does not help. They just blow smoke, promise everything, and do nothing. Worst rental experience of my life.
