Absolutely the WORST Property Management Company Ive ever encountered. The staff at Pelham Place South had to have been hired from the circus. They are incompetent, inept and dishonest. They dont care about the safety or quality of living of the residents at all. They are all about the money. People are constantly moving out. Management doesnt follow up, nor do they keep their word. Work orders are either not done, done late or done incorrectly. They dont keep up with the maintenance of the property. I have to call and request that the bushes get trimmed in my area or they wont do it. They sent out emails stating that they would be installing new washers and dryers a couple of months ago. I thought, ok maybe they will make improvements and positive changes. The washers and dryers are old and have not been cleaned out in a long time, so I was excited about the new washers and dryers. Guess what? They never updated them. They lied as usual. They dont respond to emails or voicemails either. Their job is to get people moved in and thats it! Problem is they cant keep people living here. They change staff constantly and they make it stressful and not enjoyable to live here. I am working hard to get out of here. Its taking me longer because I want to purchase a house. Living here has shown me that I NEVER want to do apartment living again after this experience. The owner(s ) should be ashamed of themselves! Dont move here!!! There are far better apartment communities in Greenville that have much more to offer. Pelham Place South aint it!

Just very difficult to work with one of their staff members named Brianna ( might be the wrong spelling)told me that it's normal to have gun shots and robberies in my apartment. She is a regional manager for the company in the greenville SC area. Too much stress
