Precious reviews must be from family members or paid reviewers- something has drastically changed! I had a horrible experience! Showed up 5 hrs late to do job. Super rushed, left after about 2 hours. Didn't do all the areas we had discussed in his quote. PLEASE see pics- all were taken AFTER he cleaned. Left MUD on deck because it wasn't cleared (which he told us not to do- didn't even move or clean behind grill.Screen doors were covered with streaks of pollen.absolutely nothing was cleaned well. Made excuses, but send someone out next day after I stopped check. Still not cleaned well, mud was diverted behind neighbor's house which created an enormous mess and problem that they had to come back for a THIRD time after I insisted and had to make numerous calls. When they came back, they turned the pressure so high, finish was blown off steps and all areas we were trying to avoid by having the house "soft washed" in the first place. Fish died because of the strong chemicals that smelled super strong for days. We had to go out and clean with wet rags, blowers, and shovels in the various where they left debris and mud. Gave up on having them come back. Satisfaction guaranteed- NO WAY! Owner (Shane) never showed his face after I sent him dozens of pics showing him how horrible the work was. Never followed up, cashed the check and left the mess. The guy who actually did the work said his experience was in concrete cleaning, not house cleaning. Charged an extra $100 for cleaning part of the driveway I didn't ask to be cleaned. After telling me in the quote that he would clean gutters, he then told me the gutters were too high; therefor, the gutters (which have guards) were not blown off or touched at all. Windows were not cleaned as he advertises. Paid window washers to come after he came. This guy spent tons of time on the phone telling me how good he was and BSing before the job was done, but didn't care or wouldn't show face after the mess. Still considering taking him to small claims court. Will post the maximum number of photos that were taken after first and second cleanings. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY! Learn from my mistake! *Update- He has now threatened me with harassment for asking for him to honor his CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY- see the proof for yourself! Shady guy/ business!

Shane and his crew did an amazing job pressure washing my house and removing stains from the rain gutters. Installed gutter covers.
