JB Plumbing saved us around $2k by replacing an old broken bathtub faucet valve instead of replacing the entire faucet like a competing (well known) plumbing service wanted to do. Kerry took the trouble to locate the rare valve for us to fix a leaky faucet that had bothered us for nearly 2 years. Also, they didnt charge us to come out and provide a quote. Being new to the area, it's been hard to find a plumber that doesn't expect to make an easy profit at our expense. We finally found a plumber that we can trust and use for the long haul.

JB Plumbing Services was very professional in working with us. Prompt and good communication. Had an issue with our water pressure and were able to work through the issue. Very fair as well, and we really appreciated them working with us.

Kerry was my plumber today and he was ABSOLUTELY incredible, professional, and understanding. He quickly listened to my issue, I gave him the ok to open up my ceiling to investigate and inspect. I was NOT charged for my inspection (where other competitors charged me $80 just for laying eyes on the bathtub and ceiling below and did ZERO investigation). He quickly spotted the issue, resolved the problem, and even cleaned up the dry wall remanence. I asked him if he would be willing to go ahead and treat the other tub the same way to prevent future issues. With zero hesitation he did what I needed done! 10/10 would recommend. VERY reasonable pricing. Will certainly be referring and using this company in my future!
