When we ran into unexpected issues with our plumbing, he was able to quickly solve the problem and still be fair and reasonably priced. He explained the entire process anytime I had questions.       I do see in our technician notes that there was an issue with the old dishwasher hose and that is what caused the leak. I am thankful we were able to come out on a Saturday and get the leak fixed for you. I can assure you that our rates are nowhere near $800/hr.
