        Unacceptable customer service... The guy at the front taking the orders on (Saturday 2/10/24 @ 3:00 pm) has zero customer service skills. He doesn't look at you when speaking, his speach was mumbled, and he failed to use the words hello, you're welcome, and thank you. He should really find another job where he doesn't have to deal with people.

        It would be nice if the person taking the order would actually talk or acknowledge you. We ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches. Waited a good 45 minutes and never received a text. Went up there to check on it and the guy said he didnt even have our order up there. He ends up giving us someones to go order that has been sitting there which wasnt our correct sandwich to begin with. End up paying almost $20 for one sandwich when theyre $8.25. Probably wont be back at this place even though their food is good. They need to work on customer service

        The location and service was great. Knocked down a star because Margherita pizza was DROWNING in balsamic glaze. I'd never seen a pizza with this much balsamic on it; it was sickening. Tried to scrape off as much as I could.
