SC Party Rentals

I spoke with a lady that didnt seem like she wanted my business at all she told me to refer to the website. I called her back for a combo bounce house after looking on line the combo k wanted was about $250 which was reasonable but then she said I can book it for 5hrs (I wanted it for an Easter cook out) I told her I book with them before & they let me keep the house until the next day. I told her Ill pay extra just to keep it longer then 5 house she told me $100 more dollars smh a rip off !

I wish I could give a completely good review. I used this company in November. Making the order was pleasant. The woman who helped me over a series of multiple phone calls was very helpful. Delivery went well. Before delivery I called to cancel a piece of the order because of the weather and I was assure Id receive a refund and was sent a new receipt showing the price adjustment. The refund never came. Most of the time I call since then I either dont get an answer, leave a message with no answer. twice another woman answered and said she ask Him and get back to me. Never did. Another time she answered and said he would be processing it. Still no refund. No the phone number says unavailable $200 is a lot of money for me to loose. Disappointing

AWFUL experience. They have been withholding my refund since September. They keep saying its sent and then dont answer. 1 star is too high for how unprofessional and irresponsible the staff are and have been. What company steals a deposit? When I was in policy and guidelines of contract. My suggestion dont book with them.

Amazing company with the best customer service! We had a little mixup with our last order for our sons birthday and Daniel and his team made it right immediately! Cannot recommend this company enough! We will always use them for our party needs.
