Dr. Cara is the BEST! She's friendly, great at her job, always makes sure you're comfortable and the appointment itself is very relaxing! I moved here from Vegas almost two years ago, and was pregnant at the time. I was quite stressed out with finding a chiropractor, since my hip always go out while pregnant and I'm often left bedridden, after reviewing her website and seeing all the positive reviews of the women who used her when pregnant, I quickly booked an appointment! I also have scoliosis (and never really liked getting the snap crackle and pop that's typical of chiro's) so I was excited to hear that she used a different method (the activator) not going lie, I was quite skeptical about it, but time and results proved otherwise! To make a long story short, my hip NEVER went out (AMAZING) Praise and Glory to the Lord for leading me to her! She has been such a blessing. In Vegas I had to use multiple modalities (aquastretch/myofascial release, etc) and this time I ONLY saw Dr. Cara! I ended up having a very short labor, and my baby was in perfect position! I have seen Dr Cara for 8 years. We met when I was pregnant with my twins. She has been able to keep me healthy and pain free for years. She is the BEST!

My children and I have seen Dr. Cara for 6 years now. We landed at her office per my midwifes recommendation, when expecting our second child. We immediately felt we could trust her expertise. My body responded well to her techniques, when I have had issues in the past with my body holding an adjustment. My children have never been fearful of chiropractic adjustments, as she is so gentle with them and explains what shes doing.
