Jocelyn Potvin is simply the best new Bank Rep. I have ever met. Believe me, I have seen several over the decades, but none as attentive and willing to check in to provide the most sacred thing a professional Mortgage Broker needs, availability. I know she is super busy but if she says she is on top of an issue, she is. She will go the extra mile to handle title company headaches e.g. I would encourage every serious mortgage broker to experience her ability to help them navigate the unforeseen obstacles that can sometimes arise during the lending process.
