Katie was always there at the drop of a hat whenever we wanted to look at a house! She was very attentive to likes and dislikes and always prepared with local comparison prices. She was honest and realistic and never pushy. There were many similar offers on our house but the sellers agent chose us because Katie is such a joy to work with. Katie is an excellent person to work with. Her knowledge about the area, her willingness to go the extra mile and look up anything we needed her to, as well as point out things we didnt notice throughout the entire process of finding our dream home was incredible. She had no problem with us hauling our 5 kids around through all the showings. She was always on time. We never had to wait for her. She did her research well on every house we looked at ahead of time and was very good at helping us stay focused on our main goals for our new house. We have nothing but good things to say about the entire process with Katie, and we are very pleased and in love with our new home!
