Selling a high end home is not an easy task...Cricket was professional as well as personal... my stresses were high as our price point needed to be met. Cricket is not only a wonderful realtor, she took it a step further to team-up an excellent support system. With a few quirks to our home, and the great marketing plan - we sold our home. She has been responsive and plesant to work w/ through the contract agreement. There were time where we were ignorant of the under contract process, but Cricket answered all our questions and put me at ease - communicating with the buyers agent, keeping us up - to - date and suggesting how we should proceed until negotiations were worked out, til the closing papers signed. Simply put, Highly recommended!! Thank you so much Cricket!

My husband and I have bought and sold several houses and tend to be suspicious of realtors due to none of them living up to our expectations. This was NOT the case with Cricket!
