Brian is great! I did most of my purchase from another state primarily through text. Hea great at communicating in person, on the phone and in text. He was able to get me the home I wanted with the appliances I wanted. He always warned me if he thought it wouldnt appraise correctly. Definitely a good realtor Update: I used him again to sell my home. He got it listed quickly. Photos and videos were great, stayed in communication through the entire process. Would definitely recommend. His advice always seemed to match what happened or what others would say

I worked with Brian on the sale of my Easley home. Before calling Brian I had called another company who advertised for a quick sale and cash offers. I thought their price was low so I turn it down and had the property appraised at Brians advice we were able to sell the property $50000+ over what I was quoted by the other company. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to buy your next home or sell your current property.
