Ordered delivery, took an hour and a half. When I cancelled over the phone, it was obvious that nobody cared. It's JJ, my expectations were already low, but somehow they missed even that bar.

I ordered a sandwich as a lettuce wrap to go. I asked for extra lettuce and no mayo, but oil and vinegar instead. When cashier read back my order, he said sauce. I confirmed again that sauce didn't mean mayo, but rather oil and vinegar and he said yes of course. As I unwrapped it to eat on the road, the amount of mayonnaise was unbelievable. Gobs of it oozed out everywhere. So very disappointed. My first time at that location. Not sure I'll go again if I'm taking it to go. UPDATE: why on all the bad reviews is someone responding as Owner and asking us to send it to another link? Can you not send it yourself?

My doordasher for a different reasturant took off with my food while I was at work ( and had already taken my insulin) and Doordash customer support wouldn't do anything to fix it. But Jimmy John's came in clutch. Within 15 min. My order was delivered straight to my work counter with a smile, fresh and 100% correct. Sub was perfect and my coworkers pasts salad was incredible. Definitely going straight to Jimmy John's next time I forget my lunch.-Emma

Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!! Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.
