I have always had a good experience with this Lincare group. The technician was very professional and the customer service has been excellent.

I've called on and off for two weeks. Long hold times. They don't even know what I have. They sold it to me. I need my CPAP replaced. No return calls and 45 minute to hour wait on hold and then don't return calls.

When my husband needed an oxygen converter upon leaving the hospital, this was the only company which had one available. I had researched the suppliers and seen the reviews, and they werent wrong. Customer service is non-existent. Our pulmonologists office concurred. We received some of the supplies we needed. Others we had to do without. On the positive side, the delivery person to our area was top notch. He came when we were told, and he had a friendly attitude. I would try to use other suppliers.

Just got off the phone with the Greenville office..(Danielle)and she was very helpful and pleasant..maybe a lot of the negitive comments are coming from negitive customers,,js
