What this company is doing is criminal. They promised to take care of our little girl's needs and yet, nothing! As of today, we have been contacting them for a 2 weeks without any responses to our voicemails. Yes, you hear right, TWO weeks! Our baby is a high level medical baby and needs constant oxygen. I am down to my last oxygen tank. There is not enough to take her to her appointments: Cardiology, Pulmonology... I'm going to have to cancel the appointments now because I can't get her there without oxygen.
This company is run by incompetent management. If you care about your kids, go elsewhere. We are in the process of doing the very same thing.
