Ordered c pap supplies at location lady at the desk said they would ship them. Week and a half later called to check and they were not ordered. Why cant you pick them up at the office and by pass this incompetence?

Totally inconsistent with service, and lack of response to service request pose danger to the patient needing the service. Im the care giver for my mother. Ive called several times with no response, or return call about my mothers nebulizer, which isnt working properly. She relies on her treatments for her health with this machine. They are totally neglecting their responsibilities. Not a caring company.

What this company is doing is criminal. They promised to take care of our little girl's needs and yet, nothing! As of today, we have been contacting them for a 2 weeks without any responses to our voicemails. Yes, you hear right, TWO weeks! Our baby is a high level medical baby and needs constant oxygen. I am down to my last oxygen tank. There is not enough to take her to her appointments: Cardiology, Pulmonology... I'm going to have to cancel the appointments now because I can't get her there without oxygen. This company is run by incompetent management. If you care about your kids, go elsewhere. We are in the process of doing the very same thing.

They gave me a damaged nebulizer when it was supposed to be brand new. I have had experience with getting a CPAP machine from them also. They charged Medicare for a very long time for replacement equipment that I wasn't even getting and maintenance when they were not. Beware!

Like many others have shared, their billing department is a nightmare to deal with. They have never answered their phone a single time I have called with questions/ you have to leave a message and they take days to call you back and several times, have not called back at all. I received a bill out of the blue 9 months after getting a cpap- first time receiving it and it says I have 10 days to pay them $245 or it goes to collections. I have no idea what this bill is even for since I paid up front almost half of the cost of my cpap and its supposedly on my insurance. I do not trust this company! Try to call them about it and leave messages, they dont call back. Place is just a bad joke! I regret buying anything from people that run a business this way.
