The treatment given to patients is very poor and calls into question the training given to all staff, both nurses and doctors. They take a long time to respond to patients and follow-up appointments take too long. The staff does not have any kind of empathy or compassion with patients or family members. I went in for chest pains while exercising. They brushed me off telling me it was dehydration [its not, and i told them how much i drink water and such] they said they would schedule a stress test for my heart but i couldn't do it while there, i had to wait for a call. i went weeks hearing nothing then got a letter in the mail telling me a date and time, the date was months past my initial visit if i remember correctly. Anyway meanwhile i had to quit my job. Thanks for the condescending words and delayed response. It's one thing to not know what's wrong and another to brush off an issue that had landed me in the ER twice.
