        I love AO I personally can not say enough good things about it. I currently see Tanya for acupuncture - she is amazing, so gentle this is coming from someone afraid of needles Maggie for hair - Maggie always nails it, and is so helpful guiding me to what it is that I want because I am so clueless when it comes to hair. Mitzi for nails - I have never met a more talented and meticulous nail tech. I had to go 4 to 5 weeks once before a fill and had zero lifting shes incredible. Rachel for Massage - Rachel is so talented at what she does. I have never met a better massage therapist. All in all every time I come here everyone tells me hello with a smile and I always leave feeling my absolute best! Thank you AO for providing top tier service.

        Decided to try lash extensions again for the 2nd time ever. The last set I had was in 2015 and I was skeptical of trying them again because the first time i got them done (at another spa) i didnt enjoy them as much as i had anticipated. i remember my lashes feeling stiff and crusty. I expressed this to Brook and she gave me the prettiest natural looking wispy hybrid set. My lashes feel so light and natural. I think Im addicted now! She has a great sense of humor and a great listener also!

        I was charged full price even though I told them I got my period and just wanted to reschedule. I understand that they have a 24 hour policy but like atleast have any consideration that I have no controls over when my period will come. Everybody is struggling, as much as I wanted the tech compensated maybe atleast just a half since my period is unexpected.

        Had a lift and tint done here that came out pretty bad. My lashes were going in all different directions except for the way the were supposed to afterwards. They offered to repeat the process to try and fix it (with the same tech) but cautioned my lashes would likely be very damaged by repeating the process. I opted not to risk it and asked for a partial credit to be used in the future instead to which they said no. I found it strange because it would've cost them less then repeating the process. It's been a month and I'm still dealing with crazy lashes so the I guess I can at least say the results last lol. I also had my teeth whitened which came out pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, so was the staff. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and I'll be dealing with the consequences for months and it wasn't remedied appropriately. Buyer beware!

      We understand your frustration with the situation. However, we have a very clear strict 24 hour cancellation and no-show policy in place for many reasons, your situation being one of them (cancelling your appointment only a few hours before your scheduled appointment, leaving us no time to fill the spot). Our service provider is a professional and we still wax many individuals even while on their menstrual cycle, as long as a tampon is used (which we explained to you when you called to cancel and that this was a way to avoid the cancellation fee). We make a point to let everyone who’s scheduling an appointment with us verbally know our policy, we also text it, and lastly, email it. And for a 4th and 5th good measure, we text it again in the reminder text notification and require a box to be checked in your intake paperwork acknowledging the policy. We are extremely transparent when it comes to our policies! Having said that, we are sad and confused to see you left a 1 star all because we were upholding our policy (when you’re the one who broke it). We offered you the option to avoid the fee, which you declined. We won’t apologize for upholding our boundaries. Have a great day!

      Hi Victoria! Thank you for your honest feedback. We did caution you from repeating the process immediately, as that would lead to over processing and could make things potentially worse. We said we recommend waiting one to two weeks before trying again, to be sure the hair cuticle was fully cured. We are still open to this option. I wanted to clarify that the decision to not go forward was yours and we did make every effort, and are still making the effort, to make it right. Please reach out to schedule that in if you’d like to get it corrected. It has been long enough that there won’t be risk of damage. Thanks again for your feedback.
