I was traveling to Greenville, South Carolina to see grandchildren and ran into target. It was a very quick trip in, but going out. I realized I didn't have my keys and because I was rushing I couldn't swear I took them in with me so I called the locksmith because I had a spare key in my car. I got a human on the phone immediately who told me he had someone who would be there in five minutes and it actually happened! And he had my car unlocked with in one minute. His name was Joseph and he was very nice and professional. I left target and went to the elementary School to watch a program I had traveled to see and afterwards I went back to target to search for my keys and found them. Crazy morning, but they saved me! I did not end up buying anything in the store but I did hold this little girl backpack for a minute while searching for my intended purchase that they did not have so I put it back on the rack and left. I have three children with families in the Greenville area, and they now all know who to call if they need a locksmith!

I have an Electric Nissan. Love the car! My battery in my car died. When that happened my key fab ended up not sinked with the car, battery said was dead in fab as well. I replaced the battery in the fab. After that I used my manual, Utube, Nissan Dealership and various videos and got no where. 11minute came out, and in under 11 minutes had everything sinked up and working. The gentleman that came out a super nice, professional and quick. The price I was told is exactly what I paid. No hidden fees or price gouging. Highly recommend using them should you need a locksmith. Im referring everyone I know to them.
