It is ironic that this place has a dog as their mascot, because that is why I had to terminate services. I requested multiple times that we be notified at least the day prior when they would be coming so that we could lock up our dogs who go in and out of the house freely throughout the day into our locked backyard. We had our lawn serviced 3 times, and only on the second occasion were we notified, and then they didnt even come (there was a delay). This most recent time, I received an email at 8pm that we were on the schedule, but arrived home at 8:30 to find that our lawn had been mowed. Security cameras showed that they had come about 3pm that day (before the email), with our two small dogs in the backyard. To make matters worse, they LEFT THE GATE OPEN when they were done. I have video of the dogs running between my front and back doors for 3 hours. We live near a busy street, and these are not outdoor dogs (zero survival instinct). It wouldnt have been so frustrating if I had not emphasized this when we signed up, specifically explaining why we needed to be notified. For the record, when we signed up, he did say sometimes the system messes up, which in hindsight sounds like they knew this would be an issue. Regarding the quality, it is hit and miss. The first and 3rd time were good, but the second time looked like a hack job cut with scissors. The second visit also mowed over about $60 worth of hoses that are now useless. Not completely blaming them for that, as we should have put them up, but its also hard when you dont know when they will be coming. All in all, 2 stars. They sometimes do a good job, and are affordable, which keeps this out of the 1 star territory.
