Truth be told, atmosphere could have been higher but there were three very drunk people sitting at bar being disruptive, cursing loudly and ruining it for other patrons. Other than that atmosphere is just odd and kitschy. Server was great, seated right away, food came out quickly. Had a specialty drink that they labeled an old fashioned (should not be associated with an d fashioned). Drinks stayed empty and water served was room temp. Food itself was ok (has the bbq chicken and wife had the chef 21 sushi burger). Not making our go to again list - one and done for us. Too many other places to try.

The most amazing place. The ramen bowl you must try!!! It was so amazing. The ribeye ramen bowl is what I had, and add the spice to give it a little kick. The service fantastic and the atmosphere so inviting. I keep coming back and never disappointed. Thank you so much

Had an absolute wonderful experience last night at Chef 21 Sushi Burger and Korean BBQ with my friend. The staff and owner were wonderful & inviting, the space & decor were awesome and the food!
My friend had a house cocktail margarita made with mango puree & house made sour (I had a NA version) and it was delicious. We then ordered the Korean Spicy Chicken for a starter. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The spicy Korean hot sauce that came with it was awesome.
We struggled to make a decision on what to do as the menu is incredible, so we asked our server for some recommendations & if there were any house specials that evening. The owner heard this and came over herself to tell us all about their offerings. She actually offered us a special 9 course chefs tasting dinner as they had overprepared for an earlier tasting menu seating. OMG! I may possibly have had the best dinner of my life!
It stared off with hands down the best ceviche I've ever had (tuna, lobster, salmon, King crab, & scallop)... the liquid was so good we both drank it down after finishing! Then the nigiri Sushi started to roll in... first tuna belly with a caviar paste and mini jalapeo slice, then a type of whitefish topped with caviar, followed by a different type of whitefish with scallion & edible gold flakes, then torched lobster, and THEN the most succulent scallop nigiri I've ever had, & bluefin tuna with caviar and gold flakes. Then an incredible rare A5 waygu with truffle salt followed by a seared scallop. Then a traditional Chinese spicy stir fry with bbq short rib that was the best I've ever had. The meal was finished off by a specialty Musk Melon that was decadent.
If you ever get the chance, go and experience this! They have my business for sure.
Oh, and btw... they will soon be having a Hangover Ramen Brunch!!!
