My wife got her ears pierced here and they are crooked. She drew the dots and we called it out that its crooked and she still pierced them now we have to take them out, wait for them to heal, and redo it! Dont waste your time going here to get ear piercing. Also check what they charge you, we told her what we wanted and it was supposed to be $30 instead she charged me $47. I noticed so she got me the refund but I shouldnt have to watch everything they charge!

DO NOT under ANY circumstance make a purchase from this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The cashiers have no knowledge of the company they work for. I simply wanted to return a bracelet and was told I couldnt because I purchased at another location. I waited about an hour for a manager and she wasnt a help at all. This place should be taken out of Haywood Mall as many have complained against them. I will be calling corporate to see that I receive my proper refund and to make a complaint. The cheap jewelry in this place isnt worth the headache I went through. Never again will I purchase from this place even if they paid me. Save yourself the trouble by purchasing elsewhere immediately!!!!!

Love this place went in there 5 weeks ago and , got my ears pierced by a young lady she did a great job, fast and it didnt even hurt and its healing fast..!

Me and my friend came here on a Saturday, we were just casually walking around the mall and this store definitely caught our eye. We are definitely some jewelry girls and they had a great selection of everything and then some! We also saw a girl getting her ears pierced and we were actually planning to go get one after we left so we were so excited to see we could get it done here! I got both my ears pierced on the top part and my friend got her nose pierced. The piercer was super nice, welcoming, she was speaking to everyone that came into the store while working. She was also very sanitary of every thing which is a must. Ive been pierced several times in several areas but yet I was little nervous however, I felt comfortable with her and it was so smooth and quick and painless. Same for my friend also. This was her 3rd time getting her nose pierced and she said it did not hurt. I hate I forgot the girls name but she did her job well. Both of ours were around $35 each which includes your jewelry and aftercare kit. Honestly, Im kinda shocked at the negative reviews because our experience was just so far from that and I just had to say something but we are so thankful we just spontaneously walked in and got what we wanted with absolutely no issues. I know we will be returning!

Upon entering the store the employee was on the FaceTime. The music was so loud the employee could not hear us speaking to her. When she finally came to check us out, she told my husband the price and asked him if he was sure he wanted it for that price, all the while still on video chat. When we went to speak with the person who described herself as management, she defended the music because it makes her money. When I was explaining to her about the situation, I was using hand movements aka talking with my hands. This offended the manager greatly. She became accusatory and rude. She told me I could leave. She said she was going to give me corporate contact information but now she wasn't. She then turned to my husband and ignored me. She finally offered corporate information when we were leaving. I told her I would review her Lovisa store online and maybe her district manager would see it. She said she didn't care she wouldn't get in trouble. They wouldn't change anything. Lovisa has received the last of my business. My money was absolutely appreciate down at Claire's. Sadly, it's a nice little store that is poorly run, by an obviously unintelligent management and staff who care absolutely nothing about customer retention nor their profits.
