Pam at the home office went above and beyond with negotiating a fair price for my replacement diamond. Angie in the Greenville store was amazing and turned an unhappy situation into a wonderful experience. Reeds has my trust and will have all my future business.

        Great staff. Younger attendant was very responsive and sold me a fantastic timepiece. Happy to know theres a decent watch outlet in the area. Ill definitely be back for a chrono at some point! Thanks guys.

        I recently had a repair on a pair of earrings to build trust with a new company for me. Trust was built so left my wedding ring to be sodered together and maintenance on the prongs. I couldn't be more satisfied and comfortable with Reeds jewelers. Knowing that they are family owned is also a huge plus!
