        Terrible insurance company their rates are very high. Don't waste your time calling them.

        They DO NOT OFFER home insurance in my zip code but instead of letting me know that upfront, they made me enter ALL my info just to waste my time and tell me they didn't offer coverage in my zip code

        Have had Amica for years - not a well known company but I've been very pleased with them. Always quick to respond and helpful. Have had 2 car accidents where I was not at fault but I've let them handle and I'm glad I did - they were able to advocate for me against the other driver's insurance and they did a great job.

        It's interesting. I had an engagement ring insured with them. I asked to have it removed from the policy, and I even had a meeting with them at the time of the divorce. They're refusing to give me money back on an item that I didn't have and that they messed up.
