    The fact that I can't physically call anyone regarding my account is horrible. A rep from Allstate contacted me to provide me with a quote for auto insurance, I spent just about an hour with him on the phone providing current auto insurance information, along with personal information with him, stated he would run the numbers and call me back with the quote. Well, never heard back from him. Horrible customer service, wouldn't even waste my time.

    Such a professional staff. They were so helpful to me while me mother was sick. I am so glad we switched to Allstate because we have saved so much money. They are always there to answer any questions we have.

    Ive been with Allstate for over 23 years for home and auto, but have been extremely disappointed from the Allstate claims team. Back on 10/29/20 I had a roof leak which went into a bedroom and hallway. Wet ceilings and walls, soggy carpet etc.... Fast forward almost 7 months later and the tarp is still in place and Allstate doesn't seem to be in any rush to repair the damage. After the incident happened, I reached out to several contractors, one of which actually came to my house and performed a walkthrough but after he realized I had Allstate Insurance, he didn't want to do the work. He had said he didn’t want the hassle and recommended that I change insurance companies in the future.  I have since learned from neighbors, family, co-workers, and friends at church that Allstate has a reputation as being the “worst” in the insurance business at handling / paying these claims.  I thought they were joking at first, but I am realizing this to be the case.  I’ve been an Allstate customer for many years and had one home owners claim, and this type of service is unacceptable!!   I have now had to hire a Public Adjuster to take my case and hopefully get a FAIR price to repair the damage. I’m not asking to be overly compensated for these repairs, but I do expect to get a fair price to be able to have these repairs completed properly.
