Shannon at Priority was wonderful. My husband and I starting planning our move down to SC 2 months in advance. And within 48 hours Shannon had shopped around for the best car and renters insurance rates she could find. Got all the paperwork drafted up and we signed quickly. I didn't have to worry if something happened when we got here and we were uninsured. This place is quick, prompt, professional and efficient.

I have done business with Shannon and Priority Insurance for over six years and have held dozens of policies with them. Shannon knows ever facet of my business, and I have counted on her as a trusted ally. However, Shannon sold me a policy that directly and adversely affected my business and sold me a policy that cost my business thousands of dollars that could have been avoided if Shannon would have considered how my business works and/or educated me on the details of how the policy could potentially cost me thousands of extra dollars. Then when asked to help rectify the situation, I was given the run-a-round by Shannon and here manager. You would think after 6 years of loyal business, I might have gotten a better response from Shannon and Priority Insurance than, oh well, you signed for the policy. Dont use them. Theyre nice until they sell you a policy that they shouldnt have and then they leave you hanging.
