Promises of pay that never get submitted. Jacked up rates and stealing from the lower/middle class with over charged insurance policies.

MLM pyramid scheme with predatory practices for both employees and clients cult-like workplace culture, deceitful hiring process, and full of red flags. Research their history w the FTC, Glassdoor reviews from former employees, the customer complaints from the BBB, and Reddit to see what this company is rlly about. Unethical and walks the line of between legality/illegality.

Lowbrow terrible place that tried to hire me in the middle of my job process. Did not tell me what position was for did not mention sales and did not mention insurance just an interview and time what a waste of my time. A company that acts like this must be an overall terrible company please go with a reputable life insurance.

Absolutely the worst customer service along with their bogus automated system, "stay on the line for a representative, you have not used a valid entry" seriously? I spoke with two different agents on April 3rd about cashing in my life insurance and was assured the check would be received within two weeks and I would not have to pay my upcoming premium. Weeks go on, no check, so I called again. Funny how I kept receiving billing notices for their premium. I emailed through the app, no response, I went through the follow-up email they sent me asking how the customer service was when I had called, still no one has emailed or called. You're always on hold for long periods of time even when you call during the slow hours that they recommend on the auto messaged. I'm reporting them to the BBB, do not and I repeat do not go with this company.
