        im thankful for my health insurance agents josh crumbly and lissa for getting me set up with aetna insurance. i needed some information about a charge on a bill and the lady i talked to at aetna fixed my problem in just a few moments. she was professional but kind too. very pleasant to talk with. she asked relevant questions, hunted down info and straightened out the issue. she also wants me to have a good weekend.
