Bill Sims and his team are not only extremely knowledgeable about their field/industry, but also very easy to work with. I switched to Kendall Insurance for a couple of reasons. One, their rates/coverage are better than the other companies I researched. Two, they are very responsive and easy to work with. They not only gave me a quote but also gave me several options and told you the "why" behind their recommendation. I have used them for renters insurance, car insurance, and home owners insurance. I am very happy with their service and will continue to recommend them to all my family/friends!
