Katie was so great. I highly recommend her. I moved to South Carolina from Boston and had to change insurance. I was a little anxious at the beginning. With that said, Kaite walked me through the process - stopped to make sure I understood everything along the way. Katie also took the time to walked me through the process of what I would need to do to register new car and tax payments for SC. I would have never expected an email like this with so much concern. Never had that with any other insurance company. Katie Dillard thank you for your concern. As of today we are ok. Our premiums on life insurance are still being deducted, our house is paid for so no more mortage. But I can say with what my husband hauls as an over the road trucker gone 4 to 5 weeks his loads have been fewer. We are blessed to not have a mortage anymore. We, well Donald does have 2 accounts that are thru Liberty Mutual that are over 50,000.00 and we have yet to get in touch with the broker. Seems nobody knows but his money is with y'all.
