        Please shop around and get feedback from customers before working with this Horace Mann. I've neglected to shop my insurance over the past 8+ years I've been with HM until recently when I uncovered that I've been paying more for less coverage than any of the national providers offer. No accidents in 15 years of driving but rates keep going up on the same vehicle that's depreciated for a decade? I share equal dissatisfaction specifically with the Greenville office. General communication has always been poor. No one is ever around to answer questions. It always takes a few days to get a call back. To date I've paid nearly $10k to this company for min coverage. No roadside, rentals or even windshield replacement.
