Hotel Hartness

RAVE!!! Would hands down stay here again and recommend to all of my friends. We visited Easter weekend and there was tons to do. The hotel hosted an egg hunt for the kiddos, the restaurant held a brunch, there was even a magic show to attend. If youre looking for a high end place to spend a night or a few, look no further. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Food & drinks: There are 2 restaurants on site. I would NOT recommend the bar. But Patterson is fantastic!

Overwhelmingly wonderful. Staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are beautiful and they have bikes you can ride around the place. And the prices were far better than the hotels downtown. Rooms: Beautiful modern rooms. Plenty of towels!

I can't say enough about Kadir (spelling). We made a last minute decision to stay the night in Greeneville. I looked for hotels nearby and happened upon Hotel Hartness. The pictures looked nice, so I called. The gentleman I spoke with was Kadir and to say that he was kind and professional would be a gross understatement. I told him we didn't know the area and wanted something quiet and not too close to the hustle and bustle of downtown. He assured me that I had called the right place. He was absolutely correct. He was genuine and his customer service was far above any I've ever experienced. This person was so great that I just wanted to call him my friend...lol. We extended our stay for a second night and I can honestly say that the best part of it was him and how he treated us. Upon returning home, we noticed we had been overcharged. I called and luckily got him on the phone. He fixed the issue immediately and as kindly and friendly as ever. Kadir, you are just awesome! Thank YOU again for your friendly demeanor, your kindness, and your impeccable customer service. You are a true asset to Hotel Hartness.
