Hilton Garden Inn Greenville

Good property to stay at. Lack of safety box in the room is disappointing. Most of the cups in the room are either styrofoam of cardboard, I prefer reusable dishware. I had no shampoo but it got corrected the next day. Friendly breakfast staff.

One of the worst hotels I managed to stay at. Started off by being double booked because they said I didnt have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number. Our shower was dirty and had hair inside of it, asked to have it cleaned and was told they didnt know if they had a clean room to move us to or when housekeeping would arrive so we spent the morning waiting around for them to clean our shower so we could bathe, didnt get an apology or any type of remorse for the issue whatsoever. The fridge didnt work, so my childs milk couldnt stay cold. Had to go purchase a cooler and ice for the weekend, used dog bone under the bed, the seat my son sat at was stained with what possibly looked like blood. The trash outside the rooms around us never got picked up and just kept stacking up even when we would see house keeping walk by. The ac had a foul smell coming from it, and the walls had stuff all over them throughout the room. I would stay away from this establishment by all means unless youre on a huge budget. Ive contacted the front desk and corporate about the issues and just keep getting ran in circles, other than offering me points. All we got pictures of was the stained chair but I wish I had more to post. I was just in shock the whole time. After waiting 3 days for a manager to be available to assist me, they said there was nothing they could do but to offer me points to stay in another filthy hotel they own, and I was hung up on by whoever was working the front desk. By all means avoid the establishment and dont make the mistake booking through a third party.
