My daughter had to be transported by ems, she was hit by a car, while waiting in the Emergency Room until I could get back there I had to use the restroom! Once I got to the back in her room which was B14 shared by another patient it was blood specimens in tubes laying around unlabeled and I went into the bathroom and came right back out because it smelled like a ally way of piss the floors nasty, sinks nasty and house keeping was at the desk gossiping with staff! DHEC needs to be there giving out plenty of violations! Im sure HIPPA wouldnt appreciate how they are not labeling patients DNA! Too much is going on in the world today to be careless and lazy on thier jobs! This generation of caregivers doesnt look promising its all for the trends and Tictok!

I have been here sense 4 it is now 6:30 I have seen atleast 15 different people walk past a napkin on the floor kicking it around instead of simply picking it up.

I was at the hospital with my boyfriend after he gashed his head while working on a car. While waiting in the waiting room to be seen I had to go use the restroom so bad, but I would rather use the bathroom in porta pottie at a concert or sporting event! This is disgusting! This is what our tax dollars cover! AND, TO THINK THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO PATIENCE IN A HOSPITAL IS RIDICULOUS !!!! Not even a lock on the bathroom door for privacy in the waiting room!!! Typical Prisma!! In addition, WE GOT TAKEN BACK 2 hours after being here and no RESTROOM doors lock, and no one seems to give CARE that peoples private parts are being exposed! So, I have literally had to pee for 2 1/2 hours!!! My bladder is hurting and this is horrendous! I am curious what the doctor and staff bathroom look like! I bet they dont look like this!
