In the process of selling my house, I had a few items from the inspection that needed to be addressed. The biggest was a roof repair, which Eric & co. were able to get taken care of quickly and at a fair/reasonable cost. The other "issue" was one that the home inspector had flagged, but that did not present the safety issue that was claimed. Eric was kind enough to provide a letter for me to share with the buyers/agents explaining why nothing needed to be done for this, which saved me money in the end. To me that says a lot of good things about his integrity, and I would recommend giving him a call for anything you need to have done. Services: Basement remodeling, Roof repair
