        The owner, Koko, came out to review the project. He said he would be back with a ballpark estimate in two weeks. He never followed up. Multiple phone calls were left with his office. Never a reply. Ironically, during the first consult he claimed that his company was more responsive and transparent than other contractors. To this day I’ve never heard from Koko. First time I’ve ever been “ghosted” by a business.
