Worst experience Ive ever had with a door supplier. Utter incompetence and disregard for their clients. The manager refuses to provide update on orders, the warehouse is chaos, and they give preferential treatment to local door companies who buy large amounts of their builder grade products instead of their clients who order high end doors. Weve spent thousands with them in the past twelve months only to be treated like a commodity. The warehouse staff are friendly and helpful but the management is the worst Ive ever seen. As soon as we receive the doors we ordered eight months ago, we will no longer be selling Wayne Dalton garage doors.

Steve and Joe and warehouse guys are great!! I have been dealing with Wayne Dalton for years. I recommend buying from them if you are in the door business. Please be aware on some doors lead times are different as we are living in different times. They always there to help if I need something and are always willing to give me to best price. I do wish they had more people in the office to help with getting pricing and paying for orders because sometime they are swamped but I have never had a bad experience.
