PDQ Greenville

Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull forward. Waited 15 minutes and still no order brought the to car. I then went inside and was told another 5 min and 20 minutes was appropriate to wait for an order. The three teen workers were rude and had no care. I asked to speak to a manager and was told none were working. I would not recommend this PDQ.

Food was great hot fresh don't really eat chicken tenders cause I think they for kids but I'm rethinking that now I will be back

As far as PDQ's go this was less than stellar. Cashier tried to make my rewards work but couldn't. Manager watched it for several minutes and did nothing to try to help nor resolve it. So I'm out a set of tenders as I don't have a local PDQ. Employees didn't seem to be happy nor working efficiently together. Glad they brought back the zucchini fries! But they were really salty.

Love that place!! Chicken tenders cooked to order, not heavily battered! Delicious!! Do hate they no longer serve the string french fries anymore, they replaced them with waffle fries. Had them yesterday, couldn't eat because of grease that soaks into wedges of waffle fries. Don't care for waffle fries anyway. Also discontinued the malt vinegar, love that on fries! Will continue to visit, but sadly can't have my favorite fries they used to serve!!
