I came to this practice extremely nervous on all levels after having terrible experiences in the past. From the moment I walked in the team was down to Earth and made me feel comfortable. It felt genuine. I never once felt a judgy or cold vibe. This is the first time I have ever felt comfortable getting a cavity filled. I never thought Id say that! There was no pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Dillon was gentle and genuinely kind. Kristi and the other Dental Hygienists put my nerves at ease, were thorough , and quick! Hunter and Morgan were also so kind and shared laughs with me. Im so thankful they helped me understand billing and insurance without judgement. The entire team here made me love going to the dentist! I cant wait for my next cleaning.

Lee, Erin and Alyssa and the team was amazing. Great job/effort explaining information and needs. Personalities are great to keep you feeling comfortable and relaxed. They even sing to the songs from the radio while working which I really liked. If I could have I would have probably joined along. Thank you

I hate going to the dentist but Dr. Dillon and the staff at Palms made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Dillon took her time with me and explained everything so I could understand it. She was so professional! This will be my dentist from now on!
