I could cry with how amazing this team is! Everything about this practice is phenomenal. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist and I expressed that to Heather and Dr. Pham and they were so understanding. Heather had so much patience, constantly checked in, explained everything thoroughly, and even comforted me when my anxiety spiked. Dr. Pham has a great bedside manner. She is gentle and also explained everything well. I truly couldn't have had a better visit. Thank you all so much!

Definitely recommend this place to anyone. I've been here four times for filling, had my teeth cleaned once. There are not many google reviews because they never ask patients to write for them; they just focus on genuine, sincere service for every patient. I can promise all the reviews here are heartfelt and unbiased. People here are gentle yet powerful, making me feel like friends, attentively considering my opinions and providing the most effective treatments. The front desk staff is super friendly and professional. They are transparent about all costs, never overcharging, and actively helping patients communicate with insurance companies. Special thanks to Dr. Pham and Ms. Danielle and Ms.Dalia and Ms.Kimberle the friendliest and most professional dental professionals I've ever encountered.

I almost gave 4 stars due to the reception I received on my first visit but the most important thing was the competence of the dentist which deserves 5 stars. I was in a lot of pain and one side of my face was swollen. When I walked in the door the young lady at the front desk was on the phone so I found the sign-in sheet and sat down. She didn't look up, smile, gesture to wait...nothing. Then when she hung up, she still didn't say hello, apologize, or anything - just asked for my insurance card. I started to wonder if I should've chosen another dentist's office. But, Dr. Pham's assistant more than made up for the receptionist's lack of friendliness. She was EXTREMELY kind and very friendly going out of her way to make me comfortable. I really appreciated that because I was a nervous wreck. Now, on this first visit, I didn't find Dr. Pham to be very friendly but she was straight to the point, gentle, and extremely competent. Gave me my options and RXs for an antibiotic and painkiller. About a month later, I went back to have her pull the tooth. Here is when her brilliance shone. On surgery day, I came all relaxed from the Valium she prescribed for me (so grateful for that. I decided on that instead of laughing gas). She made sure I was good and numb - which took a good 30 min and talked to me during the entire procedure telling me what she was going to do next and what it would feel like. Seriously, about 5 minutes later she said all done! I don't even know if it took that long. Easiest dental procedure I've ever had. Of course, once the Novocain wore off, I felt some discomfort but it wasn't bad at all. About 3-4 days later, she called to check up on me. This is definitely my dentist and should be yours. I have lots of work to do but I'll always check with this office first and hope Dr. Pham can do the work. I'm glad I didn't let the girl at the front deter me. BTW, when I came back for the surgery, the receptionist was a little better but still didn't acknowledge me when I walked in.
