I had an appointment yesterday at 3:15pm (new patient). I arrived and there was a sign on the door that said "closed due to power outage". You could see that they had power because the overhead lights were on and all of the surrounding businesses were up and running. I called the office and no one answered. I left a message then received an automated text message asking to text. I explained what happened and never heard back from anyone. I am at a loss for words that they did not make an attempt to let me know ahead of time that their offices would be closed. I had to leave work early to make this appointment!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! To say the least I will find another dentist that values their patients more than this!!

I got into a freak accident over the weekend and the front staff squeezed me in and Dr. Weaver was able to fix my tooth same day! You can hardly tell that part of my tooth is fake!! I was so worried I was going to have to get a root canal or extraction, but Dr. Weaver worked some magic and saved it!! Will be making my next appointment with this office!!

I called about a service and was told they could do it and to come in for an exam. The service was not available and I am sure that this was a trip just to get money.

The staff are very friendly. They saw me right away without any waiting. I was there for about 1hr and 15 minutes. One hour and about ten minutes was given to X-rays and ensuring my gums were not reseeding (they were not). Approx 5-8 minutes was actually given to my cleaning. The person that did the cleaning was very nice, and complemented my teeth. But kept saying there was nothing to clean. Now, Ive been getting my teeth cleaned twice a year for the last 25 years. I know how a cleaning is suppose to feel, I know how my teeth are suppose to look after, and I know more or less what a professional is suppose to do. My teeth were not cleaned, and I wasted $119. I cant speak to any other procedure/service here, but I can say if you need a routine cleaning this is not the place.
