The appointment was at 11am. They all must have lunch at 12 or something because it was empty at 12, other than us, and it was nothing but rush rush rush once the other kids left. The hygienist was done way too fast and they were rushing us out the door without any x-rays. I had to mention them in order for them to be done. The wait time was way too long and they barely acknowledge the patient. I offered a star because at least they let me in the back with my child, the other location will not. The waiting room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. They made us schedule a whole different appointment for cavities which is what the kid was worried about, making them stress more.

I've been taking two of my kids here for years. We have always been treated with respect and my kids are always at ease. They are great at reminding you of your appointments! I highly recommend this locations and its providers!

Idk what these other reviews are on about. The staff is great, other than the wait. Adrianne did a great job cleaning my teeth and helping me understand what exactly is wrong with them and what I need to do to improve my oral hygiene. And the people who did my fillings held my hand during the needle part and made sure I was comfortable and gave me affirmations the entire time.

When checking in the lady up front with the short hair cut set on her phone I had to wait on the lady to assist me. My child appointment was at 1 but we had to wait for the team members to take pictures.
