What a fantastic company. They delivered my new Saatva mattress and bed platform. They were extremely careful bringing in the mattress and platform. They assembled the bed platform with great care and precision. Saatva really found a gem to deliver and set up their merchandise in Greenville, SC.

This has been the worst delivery experience I have ever encountered. This company has obscure hours, and doesnt answer the phone during their open hours and does not return voicemails. My order has been in their hands for over 2 months and I have not heard from them. At this point they are withholding my order. The company I purchased from has just referred me to this company as having my order repeatedly. I would highly advise to check with companies on who their logistics partners are before making a large purchase, because I would highly advise against using this company to manage any of your property or deliver anything to you. Edit: I reached out to the manager via email and finally received a response after posting this review. He was nothing but rude back to me when I expressed my concern about my order and mentioned I have not heard from them, doubting my claim. As a customer, this is disappointing when all I am trying to do is receive my order that they have been in their possession for over 2 months!
