Prisma will not file my claims as out of network!!! United Healthcare Medicare Advantage PPO tells me they will pay if Prisma will file. I am losing my local hospital and doctors!!!!!!! 79 years old!!!

This is the worst medical system you can imagine. They have this rigged to do nothing but make money and inconvenience patients. If you go see an orthopedic doctor for two different types of pain, for instance, ankle, and then knee you will have to get two referrals and have two separate appointments for each body part. Absolutely ridiculous and not patient focused. Do yourself a favor and go with a Doctor Who isnt owned by Prisma the fact that they are the only system locally that is not renewing with United healthcare proves that Prisma is the problem. If you want to change doctors with a practice, because you find that one is not listening to you, Prisma will also not allow you to do that.

Wow, they are jacking up rates and my insurance provider united health is not accepting that 20% markup abovearket average, so prisma is dropping united health patients. People are undergoing active chemo treatment and y'all are telling them pay up front or don't bother showing up. You guys are scum.

Somehow this company billed me .I have never even to South Carolina. When I spoke with their billing dept they said it was auto generated by their system and they had never seen or received an actual insurance card submitted by anyone. Said someone had same name. Very dubious company to make a claim like this on my insurance.
