Todd is great. Very responsive and helpful. We were looking for rental a bit last minute and we had a list of specific things we wanted. He took the time to shows various places on different days and he worked it around our schedule. He communicated quickly between us and the landlord/listing agent. He was honest and let us know if it was worth applying to certain spaces. We never felt like he was just trying to rush us or get us in where ever. We were able to find a space that we are happy in with Todd's help. I highly recommend him. If we were buying a house we would go to Todd.

As first time home buyers, Todd was a great guide through the process. He was very patient, personable, and made himself available for any questions that we had. His insights and knowledge of the market helped us to negotiate with the sellers down to a price that we liked for a house that we love. We would highly recommend him as a realtor!

Todd Harper is the G.O.A.T of real estate!! This was our first time buying a home and without him, we would probably still be on the home search. He is extremely patient, understanding, a realist, hard charging and takes his time ensuring what his clients needs are. Hes young and hip which made our first time meeting extremely simple. When it came to communicating with us and the seller he did a fantastic job. He always listened to our concerns and was honest with us. There is no other realtor we would use as long as we are in Texas. He is phenomenal.

Todd is an outstanding agent who made what could have been a difficult purchase easy! In the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic Todd went above and beyond to help me purchase a house in TX while I was in KS and he was stuck in SC for a portion of the time. The ease at which Todd was able to coordinate the sales process from long distance is a HUGE plus to those of us in the military. He provided video walkthroughs within a few hours of me providing addresses and when he was out of the area, was able to coordinate for another agent to provide a video walkthrough within 24 hours. Although the listing agent left out some details that had the potential to severely delay closing, Todd jumped through hoops, did their job, and enabled us to close as close to the original closing date as possible. I highly recommended him to another military friend of mine who was very impressed and also purchased a closed a few weeks after me. I would recommend Todd to anyone in the central Texas region as he is prompt, professional, and more than willing to go above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable! If I decide to sell when the military moves me, I will definitely use him again!
