I rarely give bad reviews, but this time I just had to. These employees seem like they really dont care about their customers, or maybe they are just clueless. My husband went inside instead of the drive through for a cup of coffee while we waited for our car to charge. I checked on him 15 minutes later to see how it was going. He placed his order for a coffee (nothing fancy, just coffee with sugar), but he was still waiting. They said they had to get the people on the drive through who were ahead of him first. We only saw 2 cars in the drive through. One of the employees was cleaning and organizing supplies. It wouldve taken her a few seconds to pour his coffee and hand it to him. Terrible customer service.

Please work on your drive thru wait time. 3 days in a row and its been a 15-18+ min wait no matter the time of day.

Its not often I leave a review, but I had such a good experience at this starbucks today I just wanted to shout them out! I went through the drive-thru at around 9:30 and the barista who took my order was so pleasant, she went above and beyond to make my order perfect! I wish I caught her name! She then told me Mark would take my payment at the window, he was just as pleasant and I received my oder in lightning speed! Thank you guys for making my day better!
