Very spacious and great customer service. The only coffee shop I can sit and get work done without any destinations.

Shasta Coffee, previously Crave, has a great vibe to the place. Baristas and owners really know their coffee. Plenty of outlets, chairs, and tables.

Great vibes at this coffee shop! Baristas are super nice and friendly. Breakfast croissant made in house. Wish they had some condiments or some type of sauce for the croissant. 16oz latte was ok. Couldn't taste much on the bean front. Maybe it needed 3 shots? They have really creative custom syrups but I haven't tried them yet. Cozy atmosphere, fireplace, couches, plug hubs for laptops.

Service has gone seem to go downhill since its transitioned from Crave to Shasta Coffee Co. Im not sure if it has new owners or what, but its definitely not the same anymore. For example, I sat at the drive-thru window for around 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged my presence. It doesnt sound like a long time, but it really is in this situation. Were they open? Did the Barista see me? Is just the drive-thru closed? I could see someone moving around right on the other side of the window, but I wasnt sure if my presence had been noted. And I really didnt want to honk at them because its just so rude. It wasnt until I was just about to drive away (I assumed they *must* be closed) when the employee finally came to the window. She didnt offer any reason for the delay, just quietly asked what for my order. Please dont misunderstand - I have no problem waiting my turn in line. I worked service jobs for a long time, I get it. I know whats its like to be busy or short staffed. But, in this instance, any kind of acknowledgement would have gone a long way. A quick Ill be right with you, or even a wave from inside would have let me know that a) they know Im there, and b) they will get to me as soon as they can. I dont leave a lot of reviews, but I drink coffee from this location a few times a month. I just thought this was an interaction worth sharing with the company.
